Start addressing a real-world issue that you care about.
Take action on a real-world issue that you are interested in. The issue can be local (e.g., related to your city, school, neighborhood, or community) or nonlocal (e.g., a regional, state, national, or international issue). Your chosen issue need not be particularly “political.” For example, your project may focus on an issue that is more humanitarian, environmental, philosophical, economic, or personal in nature.
